| The primary objective of the VBWDD is to provide technical and financial assistance to entities with projects relating to water. We serve and help entites such as cities, towns, rural water systems, diking associations, conservation districts, lake associations and wildlife clubs. We provide financing to assist projects and studies in the planning stages and/or to the projects themselves. |
